Belly Fit is a fun, dynamic and motivating class that will have you wanting more!
Working on core strength, co-ordination, toning muscles, flexibility and more all while dancing to middle eastern/European and Latin music. This class is a must if you are wanting long term fitness benefits stimulating women’s health, blood circulation and digestion. This fun feminine and dynamic class is for the woman who wants to be challenged to rediscover her body and work to her full potential. All fitness level are welcome.
Attire: Comfortable clothing, bare feet or flat dance shoes
About the Instructor: Mya is born into a Middle Eastern background. It wasn’t long before Mya discovered dance was her calling and has been dancing for over 15 years
